The information collected here concerns my interest in the effects of lighting. This is a broad perspective that includes human aesthetic appreciation of the luminous environment as well as details of technical solutions.
Trained as an architect I practice lighting design internationally working on concepts for architecture and scenic art. Following my growing interest in the psychological aspects of lighting I spend nowadays a considerable amount of my time on research in that field. This means in many ways considering design as discipline of science and to see experiments as artistic endeavors.

The illustration below I place here as it reflects some of the matters I am daily confronted with and that I try to bridge.
